Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Internal Business Owners (IBOs) to establish new contracts, renew existing agreements, and resolve vendor-related inquiries.
  • Analyze contracts to identify potential challenges and risks, working alongside IBOs and vendors to find effective solutions.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and/or IT procurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with contract management databases.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong understanding of contract law.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline.

The compensation for this position ranges from $53 to $57 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
