Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Studio Specialist to join our team at Williams-Sonoma. As a Design Studio Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized design solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience and that their design needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized design solutions for clients
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience
  • Assist clients in selecting products and creating design plans that meet their needs and budget
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and design trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that clients receive a seamless shopping experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a design or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of design principles and trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
