Job Summary

Alliance Redwoods is a year-round Christian Camp and Conference Center nestled in the heart of the California Redwoods, providing a unique outdoor learning environment for students and serving over 55,000 visitors annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill consistent shifts at the Front Office, greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls.
  • Open and/or close the office, communicate via radio to other departments, and run the gift store register.
  • Provide First Aid care to guests, respond to emergencies, and facilitate 911 calls as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the office environment, perform other office duties, and serve in other departments as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, handle frequent interruptions, and perform under pressure in emergency situations.
  • Team player, willing to float departments based on guest needs.
  • Must be in harmony with ARCG's statement of faith and code of conduct, pass a background check, and have a valid driver's license.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and ability to learn Cample.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Work Arrangements

This is a part-time, 20-hour per week position, requiring weekend hours.

Compensation is $ per hour, depending on experience.
