Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals in accordance with our menu standards. You will be assigned to a specific station in the kitchen, such as the grill or vegetable prep area. Your responsibilities will include food preparation and upholding sanitation protocols.

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our dedicated team and assist in crafting meals that adhere to our established recipes. Your primary objective will be to produce high-quality dishes that align with the chef's precise guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and stock the kitchen and preparation areas.
  • Assist in the preparation of various menu items by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and creating sauces.
  • Follow directives from the executive chef and collaborate with kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in prep areas and manage leftovers effectively.
  • Oversee inventory and supply levels.
  • Cook menu items with the assistance of fellow kitchen staff.
