Position Summary:
The primary role of the Lube Technician involves performing fluid checks and executing essential maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle performance and customer safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Perform oil changes and fluid level checks.
- Inspect belts, filters, and tire pressure.
- Rotate tires (training provided; basic car maintenance knowledge required).
- Document service reports and receipts accurately.
- Execute tasks as per repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with the parts department for required components.
- Tag and save parts for warranty purposes.
- Notify the shop foreman of any additional work needed or if repairs cannot be completed on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and the shop area.
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- This position requires working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 80 lbs is necessary.
- Ability to operate both simple and complex machinery is essential.
- Normal hearing and vision range is required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to pass a General Abilities Assessment and complete a background check, physical, and drug screening.

Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation:
$17.00 to $21.00 per hour
