Job Responsibilities: As a Dining Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high-quality beverage preparation standards, adhering to guidelines set by corporate operations, directors, and general managers.
  • Assigning yourself to service areas at the beginning of each shift.
  • Greeting guests promptly upon seating and providing water to tables.
  • Removing used tableware between courses and replenishing it for the next course.
  • Cleaning table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings, as well as inspecting and cleaning assigned restrooms regularly.
  • Clearing tables after guests, taking tableware to the dish room, and placing silverware, dishes, glassware, etc., in designated washing areas.
  • Inspecting assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and cleaning as needed.
  • Responding appropriately to guest requests and communicating them to servers when necessary.
  • Communicating with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
  • Assisting servers with food delivery, especially during large parties and peak periods.
  • Thanking guests as they leave.
  • Being available to fill in as needed to maintain smooth restaurant operations, as directed by the restaurant manager or supervisor.
  • Working long periods on your feet, lifting over 20 lbs, carrying trays, and stacking plates.
  • Performing all duties while adhering to health department sanitation requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • No consumption of alcoholic beverages while working.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
