Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain high-performing store teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, manage expenses, and maintain inventory levels in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional Guest Services, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
- Collaborate with the district management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
