We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Corporate Finance practice at KPMG-UnitedStates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert transaction advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and prepare transaction-related documentation, including information memoranda, pitch books, and market data analyses.
- Conduct research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute advisory and financing transactions.
- Perform in-depth company and industry research to support client engagements and marketing opportunities.
- Develop and execute financial models, including valuation assessments.
- Minimum three years of transactions-related experience in a corporate finance environment from a Wall Street or middle-market investment bank.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency with financial research tools.
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Exam), FINRA Series 7 or Series 82, and Series 63 and Series 79 licensed.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
