Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $83,000 to $113,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act
  • Utilizing therapeutic communication and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment
  • Identifying nursing problems and developing individualized patient care plans
  • Participating in performance improvement activities and contributing to the goals of our hospital's mission and vision statement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or Compact State
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
  • At least one year of RN experience
