We are seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of RN experience and current licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or Compact State. The ideal candidate will be certified as a BLS Healthcare Provider and demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive nursing care that meets the unique needs of each individual. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based care practices that promote positive patient outcomes.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety
