Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at North Easton Savings Bank. As a key member of our Retail Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer service goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Process customer transactions, including account openings, deposits, and withdrawals, while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank products and services, promoting opportunities to introduce customers to new options.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues.
  • Strong computer and math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Physical Demands

This position is an office-based role, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and move throughout the office with ease. Employees must be able to see and hear in a typical office environment and be able to transport up to 20 pounds on occasion.
