Job Summary

Rodenhiser Home Services Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing all preventive maintenance calls on HVAC systems installed by Rodenhiser.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating, cooling and plumbing system malfunctions.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in the field.
  • Capacity to perform preventive maintenance service on HVAC systems 10 years or newer.
  • Competent at checking gas pressures, sub cool, super heat, combustion tests and static pressures.
  • Current Apprenticeship card/license or formal trade schooling.
  • Intimate knowledge and ability to use related trade tools/equipment.
