Position Overview
The Commerce Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to the COO, is instrumental in shaping business strategies across various domains such as post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, and fraud prevention. In this role, you will:
- Formulate and execute commerce strategies aimed at enhancing margin optimization and driving growth within the post-purchase landscape.
- Oversee cross-functional commerce initiatives in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Analyze commerce-related data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, general management, operations).
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- A strong grasp of commerce operations and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic mindset coupled with methodical execution skills.
- Experience with SQL and analytics tools such as Looker, Sigma, or Hex is advantageous.
For applicants based in the US, the compensation ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 annually, in addition to benefits and equity.
This salary range encompasses various levels relevant to the position, with the final salary determined by factors such as experience, skills, and expertise.
