Key Responsibilities:
- Assess workload requirements based on catering orders.
- Engage with event leaders to finalize setup arrangements and address any last-minute adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and assist in instructing staff on expectations for catered events.
- Oversee the setup of venues to meet client specifications.
- Manage the assembly and delivery of food and supplies to designated locations.

- Return leftover food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.

Qualifications:

- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit as required by local regulations.
