Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry-level position that plays a critical role in our team's success. As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, diagnose and repair basic automotive issues, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, transmission fluid changes and tire maintenance.
  • Install and repair batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure they are safe and ready for customer use.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid automobile driver's license required.
  • Experience in the automotive service industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong reading, writing and math skills.
