Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose vehicle problems and perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
  • Explain technical diagnoses and repair recommendations to customers and other team members.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services to customers to ensure their vehicles remain in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on customer vehicles.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest repair techniques.
