Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Systems Analyst to join our team at WaterBridge Resources LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SCADA systems, ensuring seamless integration with our water infrastructure networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop control/SCADA systems in Ignition, including databases and database interfaces, data analytics & reporting, scripting (Python, Java, etc.) and general programming.
  • Participate in designing meetings and consult with internal customers to create, refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs.
  • Engage in all phases of the Ignition SCADA development lifecycle, including gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models.
  • Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability and performance.
  • Develop, test, and implement new SCADA programs and functionality on-time.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers, achieving resolution to outstanding problems or issues.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of SCADA experience or 4 years of SCADA experience with college or technical trade school, in an applicable degree is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to travel 10% of the time to interface with field personnel.
  • Must be available for On-Call rotation providing 24/7 support.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required.
  • Must be proficient with Ignition SCADA software.
  • Must have technical skills and experience working with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Java, MQTT, GenAI.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with the expectation to respond to On-Call Request during Network Outages. The position is a Hybrid role, with working both in office and remotely.
