We are currently on the lookout for skilled individuals to take on the role of a Warehouse Clerk. This position requires familiarity with computer components and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts electronic data entry; documents daily material movements, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
  • Manages the filing of material documentation efficiently
  • Accurately tracks the movement of materials based on order requests and transfer sheets
  • Receives and verifies incoming materials, ensuring accurate quantities
  • Maintains warehouse cleanliness and organization to promote a safe working environment
  • Supports material handlers and other staff in the transportation of materials
  • Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality system standards within the department
  • May undertake additional tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience is preferred
  • Proficient in using manual moving equipment such as pallet jacks and carts
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and effective written communication skills
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is advantageous
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with close supervision
  • Intermediate proficiency in English is required
  • Capability to adhere to established procedures, standards, and policies
  • Strong time-management abilities
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Warehouse setting (may not be climate-controlled)
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching
