Key Responsibilities:- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to Sales Account teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions using our company's systems and infrastructure.
- Customer Engagement: Attend customer meetings, deliver presentations, and act as a technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry technology trends, analyze customer needs, and develop strategies for network solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in account planning, coordinate with cross-market teams, and provide technical training to support Sales Account teams.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Ethernet protocols (EVP), Internet Protocols like BGP, and knowledge of Layer 1 (Optical, HFC, WDM), Layer 2 & 3 (Switching, STP, VLAN, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to peers and management.
- Business Acumen: Proven experience working with Carrier, MNO, and Wholesale accounts, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Cloud, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Industry Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/ENT.
- Wireless Experience: Experience with wireless technologies.
- MEF Certification: MEF-CECP certification is a plus.
