Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and support to our residents, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN).

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients, maintaining accurate medical records and reporting any reactions.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs and observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Restock medication inventories and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents.
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
