About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in delivering and coordinating outpatient and residential mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapeutic Services: Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including crisis intervention and treatment planning, to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
  • Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer standardized psychiatric measures to inform treatment plans.
  • Community Education: Offer community education and promote mental health awareness to support the well-being of our clients and the broader community.
  • Supervision: Supervise non-licensed personnel as applicable, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active Minnesota LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC licensure.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills in providing therapeutic interventions, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Flexibility: On-Site (clinical) and hybrid (work-from-home) options available, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Commitment
  • Minimum Commitment: A minimum 1-year commitment is required to qualify for the Sign-On bonus.
