About the Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Lancaster General Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to evaluate drug therapy, provide medication-related care, and implement evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities include monitoring prescriptions to prevent adverse reactions, allergies, and interactions; counseling physicians, patients, and nurses accordingly; participating in drug interaction notification; and serving as a role model of customer service by responding constructively to the needs of hospital staff.

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist who can make sound judgments, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
