- Job Purpose: In the role of Facility Maintenance Associate, you will be essential in upholding the cleanliness and upkeep of multiple facilities. Your duties will encompass a wide range of cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure our locations are well-presented and functional.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare buildings for special occasions through thorough cleaning.
- Manage waste disposal, including the emptying of trash receptacles.
- Conduct window cleaning on both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Maintain restrooms by cleaning and replenishing supplies.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and fixtures.
- Organize and maintain supply closets, keeping track of cleaning inventory.
- Ensure safety by keeping pathways clear and conducting regular inspections.
- Assist with special projects and undertake heavy cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and clearing debris.
- Engage in meetings and training sessions as required.
- Report any unsafe conditions to management.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
