Responsibilities

As a Hospice Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also assist with ambulation and exercise, as well as provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. A minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare setting is required, with a strong focus on patient care and support. You will also need to be certified as a Nursing Assistant and possess a valid CPR certification.
