About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled IT Collaboration Specialist to join our IT Enterprise Collaboration team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support for our global offices and remote employees, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user hardware and conference room devices, automating the process wherever possible
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, providing hands-on support to our colleagues
  • Administrate our SaaS apps, integrating multiple products to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks
  • Provide top-notch technical support to executives and other company VIPs, ensuring a white-glove experience
  • Develop and maintain self-service resources, training colleagues and documenting solutions to improve user guides and knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with the IT Support team and Workplace team to facilitate local meetings and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Participate in on-call support rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical issues
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an end-user support role, including experience providing technical assistance to Executives or other VIPs
  • Hands-on familiarity with MacOS & Windows troubleshooting and administration
  • Ability to remain composed and provide exceptional support while working with executives and senior leadership
  • Intermediate understanding of office network infrastructure
  • Intermediate project management skills and documentation support experience
  • A strong desire to grow technically and develop novel solutions to inefficient processes and problems
  • Experience with integrating multiple SaaS products, Slack administration, and application support
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Jira ticketing systems, as well as experience with video or audio production for live events

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is $45,000-$88,000 USD. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package, which includes equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
