- Collaborate with patients to set and achieve care goals, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
- Provide Therapeutic Services
- Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and provide referrals to community resources when necessary.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team
- Work closely with primary care providers, community resources, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain Certification and Licensure
- Hold a current LCSW or LPCC license in North Dakota or Minnesota, and maintain certification through ongoing education and training.
- Education and Certification
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in North Dakota or Minnesota.
- Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in mental health therapy, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
