Job Overview

The Detailing Team at Washington Auto Mall seeks an exceptional individual to join our staff as an Automotive Detailing Specialist. This role is a vital part of our service and sales operations, ensuring that every vehicle delivered meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.


Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills to assist in the pre-delivery process, conduct paint finish repairs, and provide exceptional customer service when necessary.


Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of vehicles for sale or delivery.
  • Conduct paint finish repair and reconditioning services to maintain vehicle appearance.
  • Support the service and sales departments by providing detailed and clean vehicles for customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and managerial skills.
  • Proven development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
