As a Wholesale Broker with Capstone Search Group, you will be part of one of the largest privately owned brokerage firms in the world. We are interested in growth and looking to add entrepreneurial industry experts who can leverage our existing business to support their goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

">
  • Develop relationships and drive new business revenue within specific risk categories or niche markets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding products, services, tools, resources, and proper vendor partners.
  • Provide technical expertise to submit profitable business requests through renewal and RFP processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

">
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience within the MGA or wholesale broker space.
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Established relationships within geographic area with brokers/agencies.
  • Experience working with one or multiple programs.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
