Job Title: Child & Family Therapist / Clinician II

Compass Health is seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist to join our Children's Intensive Services Program in Everett, WA. As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches within the wraparound model to support youth and caregivers in maintaining children in a least restrictive and community-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical services using evidenced-based practice models
  • Participate in the rotation of an after-hours crisis/emergency response
  • Provide training in intensive mental health intervention
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
  • MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC
  • Meets educational and training requirements for designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist preferred
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check
