We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Therapist to join our team at Compass Health in Everett, WA. As a key member of our Children's Intensive Services Program, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches within the wraparound model.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services using evidenced-based practice models to support youth and caregivers in maintaining children in a least restrictive and community-based environment.
- Participate in the rotation of an after-hours crisis/emergency response, including initial crisis assessment, safety risk, and outreach if needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science-related field (MA, MS, MSW).
- Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
- Meets educational and training requirements for designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist (preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Experience in medical, mental health, or social services field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices, or interest and ability to learn.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License, including vehicle and appropriate insurance.
