Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Human Resource function for maintenance department employees in accordance with approved policies.

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of our fleet.

  • Manage maintenance reports and record keeping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the purchasing and storage of maintenance items to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced technical training in maintenance management.

  • 5 years of proven experience in passenger transportation or comparable service industry maintenance management.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of performance indicators, including KPIs, WAR, and financial statements.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and tools.

  • Commitment to a safety-first culture.

  • Valid driver's license.
