- Accurately Diagnose and Repair Appliances/Equipment: Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose issues with appliances and equipment, and perform repairs using the necessary tools and expertise.
- Provide Cost Estimates and Collect Payment: Prepare and present cost estimates to customers, collect payment or payment information, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Maintain Company Vehicles and Equipment: Regularly service and maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Complete Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required by the company.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be physically fit and able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
