Job Description:
Hire Life Recruiting and Consulting is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Orthodontic Technician to provide exceptional care to patients throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.
As a Clinical Technician, you will work closely with our orthodontists to assist with various orthodontic procedures and ensure a positive patient experience.
You will utilize your expertise and chairside skills to take digital scans and impressions of patients' teeth and oral structures, provide clear and concise chairside instructions to patients on proper oral hygiene and appliance care, and educate patients about their treatment plan and progress.
Responsibilities:
Assist orthodontists in placing and removing braces, adjusting wires, and maintaining orthodontic appliances. Take digital scans and impressions of patients' teeth and oral structures. Provide clear and concise chairside instructions to patients on proper oral hygiene and appliance care. Educate patients about their treatment plan and progress. Sterilize and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes. Collaborate effectively with the orthodontic team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate a commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience as an orthodontic assistant or technician. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care. Enthusiasm for orthodontics and a passion for helping patients achieve beautiful smiles. Proficiency in digital scanning and orthodontic software is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
