">- In this supportive role to the Nurse Manager, you will have 24/7 accountability for your assigned unit and be responsible for operations, change management, and ensuring a high level of patient care.
Responsibilities
">- Lead by example, demonstrating clinical competence and ethical behavior in all aspects of patient care.
- Maintain open communication with staff, addressing concerns and providing feedback to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to foster a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements
">- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a leadership role.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification is mandatory.
- ACLS certification may be required within 6 months (if applicable).
- Maryland Registered Nurse License is essential.
