About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Michael Foods, Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Interface with production supervisors, leads, and operators to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Coordinate repairs, labor, and resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Schedule non-union labor for routine and overtime work
  • Approve vacation and PPT requests for maintenance staff
  • Provide regular reviews and feedback to direct reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering, or 3+ years of maintenance experience
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance management experience
  • Knowledge of basic mechanics, welding, electrical, fabrication, and preventative maintenance
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
