In the role of Senior Energy Installation Analyst, you will leverage your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, and energy management skills to engage in projects for the Department of Defense (DoD). Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the comprehensive range of installation energy initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, tasked with identifying, analyzing, and assessing complex systems, policies, and processes to enhance installation energy resilience.

Your guidance will shape our efforts for the DoD, ensuring the delivery of solutions that maintain operational readiness and effectiveness through energy-related policies and governance. This includes facilitating resilient, efficient, clean, and cyber-secure energy solutions for military forces, weapon systems, and installations.

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in military installation analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience working with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Service staff, or Joint Staff.
  • Proven experience in evaluating installation energy initiatives and fostering partnerships with industry, utility providers, and public agencies to advance DoD energy goals.
  • Expertise in reviewing existing statutes, policies, guidance, and legislation related to installation energy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the OSD's full portfolio of installation energy programs.
  • Understanding of legislative and policy frameworks governing installation energy.
  • Capability to address program or project execution challenges, coordinate communications and meetings, and manage special projects.
  • Ability to oversee project timelines to identify gaps, impacts, and risks.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
