The Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the fulfillment team by managing order manifests and tagging processes within METRC. This position also involves accurately pulling orders from invoices and ensuring meticulous checking of order bags.

***Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, though initial training hours may vary.***
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to ensure all daily orders are completed efficiently and positively.
- Manually transcribe information from invoices onto METRC tags.
- Input data into the Cannabis Tracking System (METRC).
- Utilize tags in the CTS to generate manifests with driver details and delivery timelines.
- Assist in the precise extraction of orders based on invoices.
- Support the transfer of products between licenses.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Representatives regarding schedules and routes.
- Verify orders prepared by team members.
- Organize and categorize new and existing products in designated areas.
- Help create tags that accurately represent the products in each order.
- Participate in nightly inventory checks and address any discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area.
- Stay informed about compliance and state regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer usage and office equipment.
- Familiarity with various software applications, including Google Docs and Sheets.
- Daily typing skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Open to receiving constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work seated in a temperature-controlled environment for extended periods.
- Close visual focus is required.
- Ability to remain stationary at a computer for several hours daily.
- This role may involve repetitive use of hands and fingers for detailed tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50-75 lbs.
