Job Summary

Copeland Oaks is seeking a Casual Receptionist/Telephone Operator to join our vibrant team in beautiful Sebring. As the welcoming face and voice of our senior care community, you will interact with residents, families, and staff, making a real difference in their day-to-day experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging environment, where you will manage incoming calls, greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. You will contribute to maintaining a positive first impression of our community by ensuring that our reception area is welcoming and organized.

The ideal candidate will have past Receptionist experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and flexibility with scheduling for this "as needed" position. If you are passionate about customer service and making meaningful connections, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and providing general information about our services
  • Work on an as-needed basis, covering weekends, holidays, and both afternoon and day shifts
Requirements
  • Past Receptionist experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Flexibility with scheduling for this "as needed" position
