Job Overview

HB NEXT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Consultant / NPDES Inspector to join our team in Coastal Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental consulting and inspection, with a focus on stormwater management and NPDES compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site-based inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
  • Develop and implement effective SWPPP and NPDES compliance solutions for clients
  • Provide training and education to clients and their employees on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges

Requirements:

  • GA Level 1 Card, SC state erosion certification (or equivalent), Charlotte-Mecklenburg certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days
  • Previous construction field experience highly desired
  • Reliable transportation
  • Self-starter
