Job Opportunity

The Liberty Group is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating apartment homes, presenting the community to prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all necessary criteria.
  • Record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
  • Inspect models and available units, communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
  • Provide community and apartment tours, applying product knowledge to client needs.
  • Present and assist prospects in completing applications and securing deposits.
  • Update availability reports, process applications for approvals, and follow up with applicants regarding status.
  • Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on agreed dates.
  • Follow up with prospects who did not close and attempt to close the sale again.
  • Secure new resident signatures on paperwork prior to move-in and orient new residents to the community.
  • Assist in monitoring renewals, distributing and following up on renewal notices.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be familiar with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
  • Apartment software experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
  • Bilingual candidates required.
  • TAA.
  • Available during weekends.
