About the Role:
As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while promoting independence and dignity. Your compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
What We Offer:

- A generous sign-on bonus of $500 AM, $800 PM, or $1,000 NOC (must be scheduled 40+ hours/week)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 16 years of age or older

- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
Shifts and Schedules:
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Shift differentials apply, with $1 PM, $2 NOC, and $3 Weekend shifts.
