Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payment Processor to join our team at OOCL USA Inc. As a Payment Processor, you will play a critical role in processing incoming Bills of Lading and payments, ensuring timely cargo release to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming Bills of Lading and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and action freight cashier mailbox emails and phone calls to resolve customer issues
  • Research and follow up on overpayments, underpayments, and unbilled charges with internal and external parties
  • Make deposits into the online banking system and prepare daily deposits for reconciliation
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of OOCL Account Receivable systems and industry-related regulations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
