Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Transport residents to and from appointments, events, and activities, ensuring their timely arrival and departure.
  • Assist residents with mobility needs, providing support and care during transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation services, including resident schedules and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Activity Director and other team members to plan and coordinate transportation services.
Requirements
  • A valid Ohio Driver's License with an unblemished driving record.
  • The ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds.
  • A pleasant and courteous attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in routine and emergency situations.
