Job ResponsibilitiesThe Receptionist/Cashier at Greenway Kia North is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers in a warm and sincere manner
- Answering dealership group phones and directing calls as necessary
- Receiving and processing payments for products and services
- Operating the complete POS system and other required software
- Accepting responsibility and accountability for their money drawer
- Coordinating questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- Addressing customer concerns and issues or escalating them as needed
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Highly professional and dependable qualities
- A high school diploma or GED
- Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience, preferred
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
