As a Clinical Nurse at Penn Medicine, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Our nurses are committed to delivering compassionate and personalized care to our patients, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages, from infancy to the elderly
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and research to inform clinical decision-making
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience
  • New Jersey RN licensure
  • Pennsylvania RN licensure within 6 months
  • BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
