Penn Medicine at Home is dedicated to providing exceptional home infusion care to patients in Mercer County and beyond. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' own homes.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home infusion team. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience
  • New Jersey RN licensure
  • Pennsylvania RN licensure within 6 months
  • BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
  • Have a car, valid driver's license, and car insurance
