Job Summary
Oakbrook Corporation seeks a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Commercial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and document completed tasks accurately
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to resolve issues and enhance tenant satisfaction
- Prioritize tasks effectively, adhering to safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong foundation in technical skills, particularly in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in work
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
