Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at 1st Resource Recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Working collaboratively with production staff and supervisors to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
