Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at 1st Resource Recruiting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Working collaboratively with production staff and supervisors to identify and address maintenance needs
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
- Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
