Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our hospitalized patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, collecting samples, and monitoring patient vitals.
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for our patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including educating them on their pet's condition and facilitating smooth patient discharges.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Veterinary Technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary ICU or critical care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
