Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Willamette Education Service District. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a special education setting, providing therapy services to support their academic and personal growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians. You will also participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in occupational therapy.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular progress reports and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) licensed position represented by the Willamette Valley Education Association. The salary range for this position is $65,378 - $93,214 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid PERS, holidays, sick leave, and personal days.
